		<description>Crossing the threshold into the new building is walking inside a monument.  It is a museum not to be missed.

Gentrification is a problematic term.  I know sometimes problematic terms are called for, but I think soon a more accurate term for an influx of honest, hardworking folk will emerge.  A word that includes people who aren't white.
